If you're looking for an arrogant, rude and bad-mannered pharmacist, this is the right place for you. Every time I've used this establishment in the past, the huffing from behind the counter and intense sarcasm becomes more and more obvious. The lead pharmacist (Aaron), can be described in a few words, not many of which are suitable for a public post. Upon a recent visit on which I had severe sinusitis and was really suffering, he tutted audibly when I asked if you needed a prescription for some nasal spray I'd been advised to use, and when I asked for the best alternative he stated: "you're wasting my time, what does it matter?". What made matters worse, is that his young assistant looked positively uncomfortable. Perhaps this imbecile should take some manners advice from his much more pleasant colleagues. (Alternative pharmacys available in Hornchurch, 2 minute drive away and are much more helpful). I'd strongly advise you to shop as well, a thoroughly unpleasant and rude individual that I will never deal with again. All the best, Aaron.

Me and my family have used pharmacare for years they always take time to help you nothing is ever to big or small to deal with very friendly staff would recommend to anyone to use.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received here yesterday this morning. I have lived less than a mile from this pharmacy for 25 years, have never had a problem before but was appalled by the dismissive and abrupt behaviour of the main pharmacist. I had gone in to ask for some advice about vaccines before I travel to Asia, one of the assistants immediately said "So you want malaria tablets", I responded that I was getting these elsewhere - I had used malaria tablets from elsewhere before and I was happy with the product so would be getting them from there again - the assistant then when to the pharmacist and whispered, despite being in clear earshot, "He's going travelling but getting his malaria tablets elsewhere". The pharmacist replied extremely sarcastically "Oh, that's nice", he then said "You're buying your malaria tablets elsewhere and you want me to spend 10 minutes giving you advice?" again in a sarcastic tone. He then told me that he "did not have the time to waste" giving me advice as he was "too busy". I was the only customer in the shop. I was looking for some medical advice from a trained professional and was completely dismissed because it appeared to them that I was not going to spend money in the pharmacy. Unless you're spending money in this establishment then I wouldn't using it as the staff are entirely unhelpful. I'll just wait three weeks for a GP appointment instead.
